TOPIC- DIALOGUES WITH TALIBAN, NUCLEAR CONFERENCE

ABDUL QADIR BALOCH OF PML-N said that in two or three meetings with Taliban the issues should be settled. He said that the crimes committed by Taliban will not be discussed in the meeting instead they will be treated as a group. He said that the government will make sure that Taliban never pick up weapons again. He said that Taliban are losing support in Pakistan and people of tribal areas have turned against them. He said that wherever there will be any chance of revitalization of Taliban the military cantonment areas will be built. He said that a political representative can be included in the dialogues committee as a representative of the PM. He said that he believes that peace can be restored in two years period of time in Pakistan.
SAEED GHANI OF PPPP said that in his opinion even the cabinet is not on one page on the issue of dialogues with Taliban. He said that Taliban have not killed sixty thousands people without any motive they must have some demands. He said that the government should keep the writ of the state intact in the dialogue process with Taliban.
He said that peace cannot be restored without the participation of America and Afghanistan in the dialogues with Taliban. He said that Taliban commit terrorism in Pakistan and flee to Afghanistan.
He said that eradication of terrorism and scrubbing of extremism from the minds of the people is essential for peace in Pakistan.
ARIF ALVI OF PTI said that the sectarian violence is greater danger than terrorism in the Muslim world. He said that the demand of Islamic system is used as umbrella by the terrorists. He said that the sectarian violence can accelerate in Pakistan and some of our friendly countries are also involved in it.
He said that Pakistan should not design its policies because of the presence of big power in the region but keeping its neighboring countries in the focus.
He said that Pakistan is a responsible country on nuclear proliferation and big powers intimidate us to enforce their demands on us.
