SAEED GHANI OF PPPP said that much more needs to be done besides the military courts to get rid of the terrorism. He said that we need to create an atmosphere in the society against the terrorism. He said that good news is that today there is no political party that is not against the terrorism. He said that PM should be more vocal and loud in his expression against the terrorism.
ARIF ALVI OF PTI said that the government is more responsible to be tough against the terrorism because it has all the authority. He said that before the national action plan an internal security plan was announced that has never been followed. He said that Kharasani is presenting a Hadith as reasoning to kill children in Peshawar. He said that religious scholars should come forward to prove him wrong. He said that the military courts are going to resolve the fear factor of the judges of the civil courts only. He said that he is afraid that Madrassa reforms might begin a rift between the government and religious section of the country. He said that we need to be wise while introduci9ng the Madrassa reforms. He said that sectarianism is the greatest threat to the Muslim world and Shia Sunni conflict has proven a disaster.
FAISAL SABZWARI OF MQM said that there will be a reaction against the Madrassa reforms and little bit of it has started already. He said that the agenda of TTP and its affiliated groups is against the state of Pakistan. He said that the people are being trained in a particular mind set since the time of Zia Ul Haq.
QARI MOHAMMAD HANIF JALANDHARY RELIGIOUS SCHOLAR said that Peshawar tragedy is a most pitiful incident in the history of Islam. He said that Islam does not allow killing of women and children even during the war. He said that the responsible of Peshawar tragedy and the people behind this conspiracy should be punished severely. He said that the decision of registration of Madrassas was made in 2004. He said that many applications for the registration of Madrassas are pending. He said that not just Madrassas but the whole education system needs to be reformed.
